If you are new to Montessori, instructions and samples are on my original Teaching Journal post. The samples are really useful.
It is nice to print these pages (PDF below) to create a timeless family heirloom. You can add photos, drawings, notes, baby hand prints, and anything else that you want to include in your journal. We used to create one of these journals for each student in the class.
