Starting toileting in infancy means that children do not get trained to use diapers as a toilet. The difficulty with an older child is that they are already trained to do this!
Pediatricians usually miss the points that this doctor discusses, so I wanted to share the video.
Avoid adding wheat or other grains to the diet of a child (or anyone) who is having bowel movement problems!
For a two-year-old, remember that they should eat four meals a day. Grazing on string cheese will usually cause stomach and/or bowel issues. They should not feel the need to constantly eat.
Processed cheese is fairly nasty as a wide range of chemicals and additives are permitted. Wait until you have real raw milk cheese. You can grill it, if you want it cooked. The US has an odd history with cheese as it outlawed traditional European raw cheeses for the longest time. I swear Whole Foods changed this because some famous raw cheeses were suddenly allowed into the US when their cheese sections expanded.
